Initial Consultation
To get started, you’ll submit your application.
Upon approval, we will have a consultation where we discuss your goals + program available.

Coaching Calls
We will connect weekly for a 30 minute coaching session to celebrate wins, identify areas of opportunity, make adjustments to the plan if needed and answer any questions you may have.02

Tools & Resources
I will provide resources to further educate and guide you on your body and your program.
Resources include ‘The Body’ PDF, Foods lists, Detox tips, tricks and how-to videos, amazon lists of recommended products and supplements, food lists, calorie + macro calculation, tracking tools, and recipes. Grocery store tours, pantry cleanout, etc are optional add-ons to Nashville locals03

Program Closing Session
In our final session, we will create a plan based on our time together. I will put a maintenance plan together that we will revise together for continuted health + success long after we close our season together! You are always welcome to work together longer, BUT, my goal is that you leave this ready to take this on, on your own!
