A guided process to help you:

  • build sustainable habits

This is a partnership—

you’ll be supported, and you’ll also be asked to show up consistently.

This space is for women who are ready for guidance, structure, and support in their health.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is a good fit if you:

  • Feel ready for a change in how you care for your body

  • Are open to guidance and structure

  • Want something sustainable, not extreme

  • Are willing to take small steps consistently

WHO THIS MAY NOT BE FOR

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for quick fixes

  • You’re not in a place to make changes right now

  • You prefer a more passive approach

Initial Consultation

To get started, you’ll submit your application.
Upon approval, we will have a consultation where we discuss your goals + program available.

Coaching Calls

We will connect weekly for a 30 minute coaching session to celebrate wins, identify areas of opportunity, make adjustments to the plan if needed and answer any questions you may have.

Your intake form allows me to get to know you, your history, what you’re currently working through and how I can best support you! 
This allows me to create the best custom program possible for you!

Tools & Resources

I will provide resources to further educate and guide you on your body and your program. 
Resources include ‘The Body’ PDF, Foods lists, Detox tips, tricks and how-to videos, amazon lists of recommended products and supplements, food lists, calorie + macro calculation, tracking tools, and recipes. Grocery store tours, pantry cleanout, etc are optional add-ons to Nashville locals

The Plan

Program Closing Session

In our final session, we will create a plan based on our time together. I will put a maintenance plan together that we will revise together for continuted health + success long after we close our season together! You are always welcome to work together longer, BUT, my goal is that you leave this ready to take this on, on your own!
